Strategic Plan

The control and organization of iPDSA are vested in the Executive members.

The Executive members shall:

Attend weekly Executive meetings
Provide feedback and opinions for the well-being of the organization
Provide support for each of the departments, including but not limited to:
- Business Development
- Events
- Marketing
- Technology
Lead the department/committee members to achieve goals in a timely manner
Have transparency and mutual understandings among the Executive members and the committee members
